This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the MAWAD online store.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In perfect condition
  • In the original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

MAWAD does not cover shipping costs for voluntary returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure delivery. MAWAD is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank and the payment method used.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, an appropriate solution will be provided.

In these cases:

  • MAWAD covers the shipping costs
  • The issue will be handled as a priority

Exchanges

MAWAD does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order after returning the original item.

Sale Items and Promotions

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.

This condition applies to all promotional campaigns, discount codes, and sale periods.
